Terms of service
CueWard is sold by Wilson Dynamics. These terms cover sign-in, the data CueWard reads, payment, and deleting a workspace.
Acceptance
Using CueWard means you agree to these terms.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Wilson Dynamics.
Age
You need to be 18 or older to use CueWard.
Sign in
You sign in with Discord.
What CueWard reads
CueWard reads the Discord server data you authorize.
When TikTok LIVE is connected, CueWard reads that TikTok LIVE data.
Payment
Subscriptions, payments, and refunds are handled by Polar as merchant of record, under Polar's terms.
Deleting a workspace
When you delete a workspace, its data is frozen for 30 days, then deleted on day 60.
Billing records
Billing records are kept for 7 years, in hashed form, as the law requires.
The owner's verified email is kept for account and lifecycle notices.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
There is no arbitration clause. Disputes go to the courts of North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We post the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using CueWard after that date, you accept the new terms.
